I offer a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Content Creation

  • Social Media Strategy

  • Brand Development

  • Event Planning

  • Crisis Communication

A detailed description of the specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or project brief.

Terms & Conditions 

Payment Terms

  • Fees: The total fee for services will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as specified in the agreement.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur a certain fee per month on the outstanding amount.

Intellectual Property

​

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own all rights to the final deliverables.

  • License: We retain the right to use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  • Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used will be properly licensed, and the Client will be informed of any associated costs.

Termination:

  • By Client: The Client may terminate the agreement with [number] days' written notice. Payment for work completed up to the termination date is due immediately.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to make timely payments or breaches the terms outlined herein.

Limitation of Liability:

We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States of America.

Amendments:

Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
